We are a small, family-owned and operated real estate investment business specializing in purchasing and renovating homes in the Tucson area. We have lived in and loved Tucson for over 30 years. We started our business as a way to support our growing family (ummm... college x 4) and to satisfy our passion for loving old, tired houses back to life. Karen is currently the lead on all of our purchases and renovation projects, and our young adult daughters are working alongside of her to learn the business as well.

As a family, we know what it's like to go through tough times. We lost our family home to foreclosure after the Great Recession hit in 2008.
